Welcome to Eden House, a peaceful retreat designed with your comfort and privacy in mind. Although we operate exclusively as an Airbnb, we run a premium, hybrid-style offering featuring full catering amenities, fresh linen rotations, professional cleaning, and an on-site house manager dedicated to making your stay seamless. Concierge services are also available upon request to assist with transport, local bookings, and personalised needs.
- Master Suite (1 available): Extra spacious, premium room featuring a full en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower.
- Executive Suite (1 available): Extra spacious, premium room featuring an en-suite walk-in shower room.
- Standard Double Rooms (3 available): Beautifully appointed rooms with en-suite walk-in shower rooms.
Nightly Rates & Booking Options
Eden House operates a dynamic pricing model. The rates below represent our standard base pricing; higher rates may be quoted during peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Understanding Your Booking Type
- Exclusive Use (Whole House): You secure private, unrestricted access to the entire 5-bedroom House, common areas, and catering amenities. No other outside guests will be booked during your stay. Perfect for families, corporate retreats, or groups prioritising absolute privacy.
- Non-Exclusive Use (Per Room): You book an individual en-suite room (Suite or Standard). While your room and bathroom are completely private, common areas like the living spaces and kitchen amenities are shared with other guests. Please note that other independent guests may check in or check out at any point during all or part of your stay.
Stay & Timing Details
- Minimum Stay: 4 nights
- Check-In: From 14:00 (2:00 PM)
- Check-Out: By 12:00 (12:00 PM)
Late Check-Out (Extended up to 19:00 / 7:00 PM)
- Exclusive Use (Whole House): $100
- Non-Exclusive Use (Per Room): $30
Important Note: Late check-out requests must be mentioned at the time of booking so the fee can be added to your initial invoice. Late extensions cannot be guaranteed closer to your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our policy reflects a balance between flexibility for our guests and fairness to our team:
- 45+ days before check-in: 100% refund
- 30–44 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Within 30 days of arrival: No refund can be provided
Booking Confirmation & Payment
To maintain our scheduling and preparation standards, we require full payment prior to arrival:
- Invoices must be paid in full for any reservation to be officially secured.
- An official Booking Confirmation will be issued immediately once full payment has been received and processed.
- Dates cannot be held or guaranteed until the invoice is settled.
